Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, teaching home bible studies, helping out at her church, playing video games, and working on puzzles. Her daily goal is to do whatever she can do to make someone’s day better.

Kellie has been a NC Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) since 2015. She specializes in trigger point work, cupping, and sports massage. Kellie trained with Claire Marie Miller to become a certified Nurturing the Mother® pregnancy massage therapist, and hopes to introduce more mothers-to-be to the benefits of massage for themselves, as well as their baby.
Kellie was introduced to the benefits of massage through her journey with knee surgery and subsequent osteoarthritis, brought on from years of running and playing sports. Along with physical therapy, massage took her from a sedentary life with chronic pain to discovering other activities to fulfill her athletic and competitive nature. She uses massage as her primary pain management tool.
Kellie’s journey led her to discover a passion for this healing art form and she is enthusiastic about teaching others about massage’s practical and healing powers. She truly believes the self awareness that massage brings her clients will lead them to live the life they desire. Whatever that life is will be different for each client.
Kellie was born in Raleigh and has lived the majority of her life here. She briefly lived in England, where she finished her BFA degree from WCU, via Liverpool Polytechnic. She loves to travel, and does so often, with hopes of relocating back to England in the next few years. She is obsessed with tennis and plays as often as possible. She also cycles, swims, and is trying to find her running legs again to hopefully compete in sprint triathlons in the near future. She also likes to tap into her creative side through painting and pottery. When her schedule allows, she enjoys substitute teaching at Joyner Elementary. She has been part of their family for over 10 years.
